Yellowfin tuna, rubbed with cracked peppercorn pesto glaze and grilled medium rare or to your specifications. It’s finished with a roasted tomato basil sauce and served with grilled asparagus & pan seared herbed polenta. You can add ratatouille sauce, as well.
